At AutoBike™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer refunds or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
To begin a return, please contact us at autobike360@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the shipping address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the order arrived at our warehouse for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or digital/downloadable products. Personalized or custom-made items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please reach out to us immediately with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
